Our mission is to progressively increase the general speed and agility of any athlete through core concepts and physical repetition. Speed/Agility are essential in the success of your athlete through any sport. Change Your Game offers a chance to consistently work and focus on the essential muscles and movements that allow athletes to be quick, agile and controlled.
The ultimate goal of Change Your Game is to help provide consistent speed and agility training to your athlete. As most athletes develop they begin to work more on the challenging mechanical tasks, challenging mechanical tasks, such as hitting, pitching, fielding, etc. Change Your Game is focused on making sure your athlete gets steady, meaningful coaching on one of the most important, but overlooked tools, SPEED / AGILITY. The ability to get reliable training on form, focus, rhythm, balance, and the core muscles, is priceless to any athlete looking for an edge and will Change Your Game!
