Monday, Wednesday, Friday                    Tuesday, Thursday

  • 6:00am                                                       7:00am
  • 7:00am                                                       8:00am
  • 8:00am                                                       9:00am
  • Weekends available upon request

Just book your training on our Google Docs link and enter your name in our schedule!

Memberships:

  1. Unlimited Monthly for 12 months
  2. Two times /week Monthly for 6  or 12 months

Our Speed and Agility Program will help optimize each individual’s athletic ability and make him or her a greater competitor in their given sport. Improving overall performance and reduced recoveries for when it matters most!

 Program Includes:

Individually driven programming based on your goals and your specific needs for mobility and flexibility. Depending on attendance we will incorporate Competition Based Routines designed to push your limits. Each session will end with Technique Focused Conditioning and Cool Down.

Speed and Agility main focus points:

  • Proper Techniques For Running In Order To Improve Acceleration And Deceleration As Well As Agility And Performance In Your Sport
  • Acceleration And Deceleration Routines Designed To Improve Faster Start And Stop Times
  • Linear And Lateral Agility Routines Designed To Improve Specific Movements In Your Sport
  • Banded Resistance Work Designed To Improve Power
  • Sport Specific Footwork Routines Designed To Improve Reaction Time
