Michael Cullinane

Michael Cullinane is a professional Personal Trainer with a wealth of knowledge in exercise science, and has been active in the industry for the past decade. Mike graduated from the National Personal Training Institute and has experience training athletes ranging from elementary school, high school, and college; as well as adults, hobbyist and enthusiasts.

Mike specializes in Strength and Conditioning, Speed and Agility Training and Weight Loss. Mike prides himself on maintaining a strict focus on technique; not just to maximize their training goals and performance but also to provide a safe environment for his clients to reach a healthier version of themselves.

Mike’s motto is “BREAK THEM DOWN AND BUILD THEM BACK UP”. This is based on his belief that every client needs to get rid of the incorrect habits that are holding them back and create a solid foundation upon which Mike can rebuild his clients so that they may reach their fullest potential.

Mike is driven, assertive, and enthusiastic about health and training not only for performance reasons but overall wellness for each of his clients.

Blair Wynn

Blair Wynn is a former Football Player from Englewood, NJ. He played Running back and linebacker for St. Joseph Regional high school, where they won back to back State Championships in 2008 and 2009. Blair was also awarded the MVP of the Championship game in 2009. Blair then attended Pace University, where he was a scholarship Running Back and eventually earned the honor of Team Captain. Blair graduated from Pace with a Bachelors in Business Management. Following graduation, Blair continued his playing and academic career at Virginia State University where he earned a Masters Degree In Sports Management. Blair played an integral role for The VSU Trojans during their undefeated 10-0 season in 2017. Blair moved on to become The Running Backs Coach at Virginia State University in 2018, and then at Pace University in 2019 and 2020.

Blair began training clients in Sports Performance during his Collegiate years and has continued to pursue his passion for inspiring athletes and adults through his Knowledge and Experience. Blair specializes in Sports Performance with attention towards Strength Training, Mobility and Body Weight Goals. Blair has worked with Baseball and Football Athletes as well as Adults simply looking to better themselves. Blair has experience training male and female clients of all ages, as young as 6 and as old as 73.

Blair has a true passion for his work and a natural ability to inspire his clients to be their best day in and day out. Blair’s ultimate goal is to teach the importance of Accountability and Work Ethic in the gym; traits that will translate to everyday life and overall internal happiness for each of his clients.
