Coach Blaise Martinez is from Ridgewood, New Jersey. Blaise attended Ridgewood High School where he excelled in baseball and football. In 2012, Blaise played a key roll on the mound and as an infielder for The Sectional Championship Baseball Team at Ridgewood. Coach Martinez continued his academic and athletic career as a pitcher on the baseball team at Bergen Community College where his career ended early due to an unfortunate injury.
Coach Martinez chose to pursue his passion for for this industry by continuing his education at Montclair State University. Through MSU Blaise earned a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science in 2017, followed by his Masters Degree in Physical Education & Sport Administration which he completed in 2021.
Coach Martinez has experience working with athletes in baseball, softball, hockey, lacrosse and volleyball. Blaise has also conducted group classes for the general population; ranging from young athletes to adults, and high level enthusiasts to those simply seeking a healthier way of life.
Coach Martinez’s main goal is to utilize exercise as the cornerstone for his clients to reach their goals and achieve a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
