Jenna Mulkeen has over 5 years experience in teaching Barre Classes, Indoor Cycling Instruction, Mini-Trampoline Classes and HIIT Classes. Over the past 3 years, Jenna has been focusing on Personal Training for Athletes and Adults of all ages and genders. Jenna has trained many athletes in various sports; Softball, Baseball, Lacrosse and Basketball to name a few. Jenna also enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with kids and adults simply looking to improve their quality of life through Nutrition and Personal Training Programs.
Jenna’s goal is to provide a fun atmosphere and a clear cut path to reaching the health and wellness goals for all of her clients.
