Michael Cullinane is a professional Personal Trainer with a wealth of knowledge in exercise science, and has been active in the industry for the past decade. Mike graduated from the National Personal Training Institute and has experience training athletes ranging from elementary school, high school, and college; as well as adults, hobbyist and enthusiasts.
Mike specializes in Strength and Conditioning, Speed and Agility Training and Weight Loss. Mike prides himself on maintaining a strict focus on technique; not just to maximize their training goals and performance but also to provide a safe environment for his clients to reach a healthier version of themselves.
Mike’s motto is “BREAK THEM DOWN AND BUILD THEM BACK UP”. This is based on his belief that every client needs to get rid of the incorrect habits that are holding them back and create a solid foundation upon which Mike can rebuild his clients so that they may reach their fullest potential.
Mike is driven, assertive, and enthusiastic about health and training not only for performance reasons but overall wellness for each of his clients.
Jenna has been actively involved in the health and fitness world for over 10 years. Jenna has a Masters Degree in Nutrition and has experience in applying her degree in the Healthcare Space, as well as in Community and Athlete Nutrition Planning. Jenna is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor through The International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).
